I love how out of it Marie looks

@leorabbit247: Lol. It's like she just zoned out as soon as other people started talking about their problems :P

LOL!! XD I wish I could do that so easily.

I can relate to panel 5... Never had to break up with anyone in the romantic sense of the word but I had some hard times getting over friendships ending. It's hard to sort of... both value the good times you had with someone and realise that you two aren't compatible and should walk your separate ways. Much easier to either love or hate someone.

@Oly-RRR: Yeah, I understand what you're saying. I had a relationship kinda like that where we were "together" for almost a year but we really stopped being "a couple" after the first few months, but neither of us had the gumption to just end it. I didn't even like the dude and it still was a contributing factor into a depressive spiral!! >:/

@mitchellbravo: Yeah, people are complicated and there's a lot of pressure there - nobody wants to be alone. But sometimes it's like Dylan Moran put it "you have to decide if you want to be either not lonely or sane." :[

@Oly-RRR: Yup! Took me several go-arounds to realize that a mediocre relationship is worse than just being alone and content.
