Time for a brand new season of Loud Era!

I started working on this comic years ago, and hopefully my drawing has proved to be progressively better. The first four chapters were written and drawn between September of 2009 and October of 2010. Over the past few months I've been uploading those in batches of four updates per week to this website, and now we are all caught up!

This means that the comics you are going to see from this point forward are comics I've worked on much more recently. This comic you see here, in fact, was finished at the beginning of March.

I would adore to keep updating at four comics per week, but this is not quite feasible, so I'm going to try to maintain three instead.

Hope you'll enjoy and come back for more.

Ah, the update schedule of a person with a buffer... X) I tried having a buffer at some point before Cop Story but I'm a bit impatient, really like getting feedback AS SOON AS I'M DONE DRAWING and also feel the urge to-draw stuff a lot unless something is stopping me so it ended up having more downsides than upsides for me...

@Oly-RRR: I have that impatience too!!! Sometimes I don't even want to wait until the page is done and I'll make my mom look at it when it's only been sketched or inked.

For what it's worth, this buffer never lasted. Lmao. It was just gone. It vanished and I never replenished it.

@mitchellbravo: I saw the comments on future pages in this chapter going "augh I'm laaaate" and I felt so bad for the past you! D: There's this stereotype that webcomic artists draw a page per week but everyone is different and has different ways of working - except nobody tells us that from the start and we all bump our heads on all the same walls!

@Oly-RRR: LOL, good analogy and good point! Somewhere along the line I stopped bothering with deadlines at all. It just hasn't worked for me and stresses me out in a way that doesn't motivate me. I'd rather put up a page I feel good about that has taken a long time than churn out pages I feel are mediocre but timely!

@mitchellbravo: Yup, that's pretty much how I feel about it too - I wish I realised it sooner! :]
