I dig the way this layout turned out, although it's not quite as polished as I had preferred, and therefore perhaps less effective. (I also think I may have made Eddie too short relative to that staircase, but considering I wasn't using a reference, I'll say I did a pretty okay job there).

And, vote for Loud Era HERE on Top Webcomics! This strip's vote incentive is a brief study in how Eddie has changed since 2009. Compared to many other characters, he's remained mostly the same, although my pride wants to think he looks better now.

The next strip will have a decidedly different feel from these kind of gloomy depressing ones from this week.

(I wish it was break so I could just work on this comic all day and night. As it is, I am putting off homework as we speak to write this comment. Oh well- off to the land of persuasion and its theories. And then to sleep. Hope you've enjoyed the comic thus far.)
