I picture Joseph in the bottom left panel talking like Wallace from Wallace and Gromit, "The CHEESE, Gromit! We've forgotten THE CHEESE!!"

I hope that this page is clear in terms of what is taking place. I know the layout is kind of jumbled.

The full name of the band there at the top is "Glen Garland & his Grasshoppers," not an actual band as far as I'm aware of. I would hope that there are more than just two "grasshoppers" there, because those two guys don't look too enthused, and because that's a pretty small band to be performing at this sort of gig for the time period.

Not to mention, for some reason I picturing him sounding like the hippie teacher from Beavis and Butthead.

I cannot unhear the Wallace & Gromit thing now. "The kiss, Eddie! You forgot the kiss!"

@The_Hankerchief: the next page is the two of them climbing into a rocket ship and launching out of the prom. (It's as good an end as any, I would say.)

@cherry2matoe: XD I feel like everyone on this page is having a terrible time, save for Joseph and the singer.
