So I finally got this scene done, the next (and last) two pages just need to be edited. Then I probably ought to run the very very overdue Holiday & et cetera fan art people made ages and ages ago.
Sorry that updates have been so inexcusably delayed. I forget whether I mentioned it the last time, but I'm going back to school to get my Master's Degree while I'm still working, and even though I still have plenty of free time around all that, I've just been so emotionally and mentally drained most of the time.
The bitter cold hasn't helped, for sure, though that is finally starting to relent.
I'm also going through that situation I think many in my cohort can relate to, the "Lol I'm never going to be able to pay off all these loans until I have my own children who need to take out loans" dread-malaise. The 21st century American secondary education system, everybody!
So assuming I don't poison dagger myself tonight over fear of the IRS, next page should be up tomorrow or Monday. Hope to see you all again soon.
YOU JUST MADE MY DAY! No seriously, I didn't expect an update today and now I'm all \:D/
Donny's drunken walk turned out superbly, he really looks pissed (er, soused, 'pissed' is a wonderfully polysemantic word, especially if we're talking both UK and US English), I can practically smell him ...eugh!
I can't wait for the next pages! :D Don't poison dagger yourself (though loans suck)! DON'T BE LASAGNA! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZzis2msLQY
She did it! She finally wised up!
I think it's about time you updated your cast page with some new art, don't you?
@Oly-RRR: AHAHAHA yessss!!! "Pissed" may work in either context I would think since he's always got a chip on his shoulder about something but that's exactly how i felt when drawing hte page. :P
A CLASSIC LINK
@Squirreltastic-Blue: I think for her, it was always going to be a matter of when, not if. :P And I update the cast page when I finish each chapter. I like to do all my site update stuff all at once because I really hate to take the time to do it, so it's better to just get it all done in one go.
wow, that color! great!
Also yeah, stay strong on that grad school thing!! we want you to be around and make comics! I hope that you're not too overworked and such. school and work and comics is a not promising but doable situation :P
@Bluezilla: Thank you so much! Things have been stressful lately and I'm starting to have worse anxiety than I had ever had before, but I'm holding out hope that the better weather is going to help change that. I'm excited to get started on the next chapter as soon as possible but also trying not to rush things.
