I think a lot of folks around my age can relate.
October was a shitty & busy month. Now I'm way behind where I wanted to be. Oh well, it is what it is.
More to come tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day, etc, etc...
Awesome! I was just thinking about you and your comic!
That's a funky way to hold a pencil, but when you're upset, anything is possible!
Also... are you color coding the space between panels? I noticed the previous pages are yellow, and this one is red.
@Squirreltastic-Blue: Glad to hear we've been on your mind!!
Yeah, that's the pencil-holding fist of "fuck everything."
Yeah kind of, I started last chapter just picking a color either from the scene or one that complements it and using it as gutter fill. I think it makes the panel edges look less harsh and supports the tone of the page. I also like it because I think on a subconscious level it also helps to delineate/establish when one scene ends and the next begins, though I don't know if I've had enough pages with that thing yet to say for any degree of certainty.
Ooooh Joseph... 8C
I drop off the face of Earth AND NOW I HAVE TWO PAGES TO READ! You actively make my world better, Mitchell. Even though sometimes it's in a sad "ooh Joseph" way...
@Oly-RRR: I AM GLAD TO HEAR OF IT :D :D
I check every day. Because I'm obsessive like that. Except for on the weekends when I'm too busy actually doing stuff that can't be avoided. So the last time I checked it was still "Organs Left behind" and now I have 4 new pages to read. I know it's selfish of me, as I'm not giving you anything in return except my attention, but thank you for giving me smiles, Mitch.
@Oly-RRR: Hi Oly! Think about you a lot.
@Marc Raab: Likewise, Marc! Good to hear from you, I hope you and your family are doing well.
@Oly-RRR: Everyone is well. Apologies to Mitch for hijacking her page, but I must ask - did you ever get the hard copies I sent your way? If you want, you can reply to my e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org so Mitchell can have her comic back. :-D
