Hey everybody!

Kind of a dull page to come back with. :/ Oh well, it is what it is. Next scene will take us back over to Marie who we last saw.... I think a year and a half ago? I'll do my best to get those pages running as soon as I can. Been very busy but have also been doing comic things fairly frequently, just most of it is the behind the scenes stuff that doesn't lead to an immediate update.

One thing I have on a backburner right now is I'm rewriting the first chapter of the comic so that it better supports what comes after it. It's not my number one priority right now, and it's not taking time away from new pages since I usually work on that when I don't really want to work on a new page anyway. But that is something you might expect to come across soon. I haven't decided whether I'd prefer to just put those pages up as I finish them, or whether I'd rather replace the entire first chapter in one swoop so it's not janky and uneven for a while as the pages are rolling out. None of them are even started yet, they're all at the script stage so far, so it's not an immediate concern.

I don't think I have anything else pertinent right now, other than in general I'm doing better these days, and hopefully the next page will be up in, like, way less than 3 months.

You showed these two alone at the same time. Foreshadow?
Either way, I ship them now because this is the internet and everyone must be shipped and everything must be theorized.
Marie never actually left her abusive ex, she's just in a coma and is now living in her purgatory dreams.

Not a dull page at all! :D I like the rhythm it has in it, like there's a background music starting out slow and then getting faster and stronger when Aggie looks up, and that's pretty cool (and I'm not a musical person so I'm not good at describing it but I just see it like a show with a good soundtrack).

And it's so cool to see these two again! Maybe it's because we both rarely update in winter or because I first read Loud Era in the summer but when you update it's like "aw yeah, the warm times are coming!" :D I WANT TO SEE THESE PEOPLE MORE (but no pressure, just lots of love)~

And I have even more respect for how you colour after chickening out with traditional! I'll still do it but with shorter comics and man, I feel that I have a lot to learn from you.

@Oly-RRR: Loud Era has become a summer-time association for me too XD Which kinda stinks a little bit because now the comic is getting into the cold months??????????

@mitchellbravo: I must say your pages are beautifully colored. do you still work traditionally?

@Meleeman: Thank you so much! I do, though there's a lot of digital tweaking/adjusting that I do once the page is scanned, just to help colors and contrasts stand out as well on the screen as they did on the page. The light of the scanner tends IME to wash everything out a bit.

Thank you for your comment!! Jeez, I really need to get updating again.
